With no fans in the stands we’re getting to hear a lot more of the things that are being said on the field during this NFL season. And some of them have been pretty darn good/interesting.
Since sports have come back we’ve been living in the golden age of hot mics and I for one love it.
That happened during Sunday night’s Kansas City Chiefs-Las Vegas Raiders game when Derek Carr called for a “James Harden” audible during a drive in the second quarter. The play was then a running play and everyone made the same joke.
First, here’s the audible:
