Derbyshire hotel, restaurant and golf complex Morley Hayes has boosted its golf team with a new appointment.
Max Howard will head up the golf team and oversee the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure that golfers get the most out of their experience.
Andrew Allsop, managing director at Morley Hayes, said: "We continue to invest heavily in the golf facilities here at Morley Hayes and Max joins us at an exciting time, with phase two of the redevelopment, our new driving range, currently underway."
Max joins Morley Hayes from the Marriott Breadsall Priory Hotel and Country Club, where he spent more than six years working as a golf adviser and golf operations supervisor.
Morley Hayes, which is at Morley, between Derby and Ilkeston, offers the championship length 18-hole Manor course, short nine-hole Tower course, a newly-refurbished 17 bay, all-weather floodlit driving range, and a Golf Academy.

It also has a four-star 32-bedroom hotel and a choice of three restaurants, including the two AA rosette Dovecote restaurant, Roosters and Spike Bar.
During his student years, Max worked behind the bar at Morley Hayes.
He said: "I’m incredibly pleased to be back. Morley Hayes has a great reputation in the golfing world and is one of the most popular golf complexes in the region."
Mr Allsop added: “We’re really delighted to welcome Max back to the Morley Hayes family as our new golf manager.
"His experience over the last six and half years makes him the perfect fit for this role and his understanding of the local golfing scene will be invaluable."
