Derby IT firm secures new head office after outgrowing business hub space

A Derby IT services firm has moved to its own dedicated head office after outgrowing its previous accommodation at a business hub in the city.

Founded in 2016, Fortitude Nicsa Global had up until recently been a tenant at the Oberoi Business Hub, a serviced office scheme on Pride Park dedicated to helping new start-up businesses.

However, due its growth, the company began a search for its own offices.

Now, thanks to a deal secured with agents David Brown Commercial, the company has moved to the Victoria Square office development, also on Pride Park.

This year, Fortitude Global merged with Nicsa IT, an Australian- based global support provider of third-party maintenance services, strengthening its global capabilities.

The firm was previously at the Oberoi Business Hub, which was founded by entrepreneur Kavita Oberoi (Derby Telegraph)

Michael Green, surveyor at David Brown Commercial, who acted on behalf of private clients, said: “This new letting is a Derby business community success story.

“Fortitude Nicsa Global were located at the well-known Oberoi Business Hub and due to continued growth were in a position to acquire their own office.

“We were delighted to be able to agree a deal with them quickly to facilitate the next stages of their growth.”

Katy Hibbert, from Fortitude Nicsa Global, said: “Since we were established in 2016, we have seen rapid growth, owing to our emphasis on quality service and high level of customer satisfaction.

“We operate 24/7 around-the-clock IT service support and a dedicated team of professionals are at the heart of our success.

“Michael and his team were approachable, efficient and effective in helping us secure our new offices.”
