Krystian Bielik is set to sign for Derby County in a move that could be worth £10million.
However, according to Derbyshire Live, a deal is not yet agreed for the 21-year-old.
Arsenal are said to have received two other offers, while reports in Poland claim that the Gunners are demanding that a hefty sell on clause is inserted in any agreement.
Last season, the versatile young defender made 34 appearances for Charlton Athletic on loan last season as the Addicks won promotion to the Championship.
Bielik can play at centre-back or as a defensive midfielder and has made six appearances for country, scoring three senior goals.
Prior to joining Charlton, the Pole played for Birmingham City and Walsall on loan.
Laurent Koscielny and Shkodran Mustafi could also be set to leave Arsenal this summer with the Frenchman having refused to take part in the pre-season tour of the USA while the club wish to sell German.
Saint-Etienne's William Saliba will join the Gunners next season having agreed a deal earlier this summer which saw him loaned back immediately for Les Verts.
Calum Chambers and Rob Holding are expected to be important players for Unai Emery with Sokratis Papastathopoulos the most established senior centre-back in the squad in Koscielny and Mustafi are to leave.
Stade Rennes are said to be interested in the former while Monaco are linked to the latter.
