The Denver Broncos’ star linebacker Von Miller is the subject of a police investigation in Parker, Co. it was revealed Friday.
Police in the southeast suburb of Denver said Miller is under investigation, saying that “if the investigation determines a crime has occurred charges will be submitted to the DA’s office for their review.”

“We are aware of an investigation involving Von Miller and are in the process of gathering more information,” the Broncos said in a statement.

Parker Police told Denver7 that if a crime has occurred, it will submit the case to the district attorney’s office. No exact date was given on the start of the investigation, though it is believed to have been opened recently. Details were not provided regarding the nature of the investigation, the potential charges or if investigators have interviewed Miller.
“We have no case,” said Vikki Migoya, a district attorney’s spokeswoman, told the Denver Post.
Miller missed the 2020 season after he suffered an ankle injury in practice just days before the opener.
