Denver Broncos: 7-round 2019 NFL mock draft

In his latest seven-round 2019 NFL mock draft, Draft Wire’s Luke Easterling has the Denver Broncos selecting LSU linebacker Devin White with the 10th overall pick in the first round. That would be an excellent selection for Denver but it’s hard to imagine White falling that far.

In the second round of Easterling’s mock, the Broncos select Georgia cornerback Deandre Baker (No. 41). Baker is considered one of the best cornerbacks in this year’s class so landing him in the second round could be a steal.

After landing White and Baker, Denver selects UCF defensive lineman Trysten Hill (No. 71), South Carolina offensive tackle Dennis Daley (No. 125) and Auburn quarterback Jarrett Stidham (No. 148) with their next three picks in the mock draft.

The most intriguing pick among those players is Stidham, a developmental prospect who could potentially be the team’s QB of the future.

With their final three picks, the Broncos landed Washington tight end Drew Sample (No. 156), Georgia State wide receiver Penny Hart (No. 182) and Washington safety JoJo McIntosh (No. 237).

This mock will probably draw mixed reviews from fans in Denver but it’s hard to complain about a mock that has the team landing White, arguably the best linebacker in this year’s class.
