Denise Welch plans Loose Women catch up but Coleen Nolan 'not invited'

Tensions rose on ITVs Loose Women after Denise Welch jokingly told Coleen Nolan that she isn't going to be invited to an upcoming get together. During Tuesday's (August 23) episode of the lunchtime programme, Coleen and Denise were joined by Christine Lampard and Linda Robson as they discussed various topics including the menopause and friendships.

Christine was keen to get their thoughts on a claim that women only need one good friend in their life, and Denise quickly admitted that she was trying to organise a social catch up for all the Loose Women ladies.

"We've said that we're longing to get together and talk about stuff that we never talk about here, but let's put a pencil on it because you make more of an effort if you've got it in the diary somewhere..." Denise said.

Coleen then butted in and said: "But then I just cancel! I don't wanna sit and chat to you, I chat to you here!" as Denise fired back bluntly: "Well you're not even invited so..."

"I don't wanna come!" Coleen blurted out as Linda revealed: "You're not on our group WhatsApp!" Loose Women viewers are convinced that Denise and Coleen don't get along in real life and took to Twitter to comment.

One person posted: "The tension between Coleen and Denise is so obvious #LooseWomen." Another joked: "You can tell they clearly don’t like each other."

A third viewer tweeted: "Denise and Coleen hate each other #loosewomen," while a fourth added: "You can tell Coleen is very annoyed by Denise today #LooseWomen."
