Denise Welch looked rather animated on the phone after having a heated exchange with her Loose Women co-star Kaye Adams.
The TV presenter, 63, found herself embroiled in a tense row with Kaye as they talked about Covid rules on Monday's show.
The panel discussed if they are still planning to follow lockdown rules after Matt Hancock stepped down as Health Secretary following footage leaking where he was caught on camera breaking social distancing rules.
Denise revealed she "will no longer abide" while Kaye disagreed and said she will still be following the rules.
After the show, Hollyoaks actress Denise was spotted sitting alone at an eatery in London's Notting Hill.

The TV star looked incredible in a yellow skull jumper and blue jeans as she appeared to be on the phone, looking rather stressed.
Denise had one hand mid-air, while the other was gripping onto her mobile as she gave off a serious expression while looking out over the road.
She was later seen walking down the street with her phone in her hand after having what appeared to be an intense conversation with the listener.

During the show earlier that day, Denise revealed: "I will no longer abide by rules that make absolutely no sense and are not keeping me safe or my family safe."
Kay replied: "That way lies anarchy! If we all make it up ourselves."
Denise hit back: "Maybe there needs to be a little bit of anarchy" before talking about the anti-lockdown march that took place in London on Saturday and defended the marchers as she said they are not "anti-vaxxers" and conspiracy theorists."

As the row continued, Kay fired: "If I have to put myself in the hands of you or Chris Whitty I'm choosing Chris!"
Denise lashed back: "Well you will be locked down for life then!"
The pair made it clear they were not in agreement with one another.
It seems Denise went for a walk after the show to cool down after the intense on-screen row.
