Denise Welch organised the perfect pick-me-up for her dad this week with the help of her Coronation Street pals.
The Hollyoaks star has been open about her dad's health battle in recent months and has spoke of her despair at being unable to go in an ambulance with him while fans attended the Euros and other big events.
Denise said back in June that her dad Vin was 'fighting back' after undergoing three major operations.
Vin ended up in hospital in March after suffering a fall at his County Durham home in March and has regularly been updating fans on social media of his progress.
The former Coronation Street actress said previously on Instagram about her dad: "10 weeks in hospital, 3 major operations at 84!! But here’s proof his dancing days are not yet over!!
"He’s fought back and is soon to go to the next rehab stage for his mobility. Still some way to go before home but we’ll get there."
But Vin was joined at home by his daughter and some very famous faces this week.
Denise, who is currently starring as Trish Minniver in Channel 4's Hollyoaks, took Jane Danson, Sally Dynevor and daughter Hattie, and another gal pal along to see Vin.
"Just dad surrounded by his adoring handmaidens on a Tuesday!!!@sallydynevor @hattiedynevorr @rosiehirstx @realjanedanson," the Loose Women panelist shared with her followers.
The comment came alongside a dancing image of the group with Vin even giving a little move for the camera.
"What a perfect morning," Corrie's Sally, known for playing Sally Metcalfe, quickly commented on the post.
"[read heart emojis] being with you," Leanne Battersby actress Jane added.
Fans were also sharing their own messages.
"Awww your a lovely daughter," one said.
Another commented: "A proper sparkle in your Dad's face.....Getting throughly spoilt by Dancing Queens."
"Fabulous love the way you girls keep in touch," a third added.
A fourth said: "Wonderful to see this," as another joked: "Mans got it made!!! Go on Vin!!"
Last month, Denise sent soap fans into a frenzy as she reunited with Corrie stars past and present.
Denise, who starred as Natalie Barnes in Corrie in the late 90s, met up with Sally, Jane, Angela Lonsdale and Nikki Sanderson in Knutsford.
Angela is best known for playing police officer Emma Taylor on Coronation Street and ended up marrying Curly Watts while Nikki is Denise's on-screen daughter Maxine Minniver in Hollyoaks.
