Denise Van Outen' s ex-fiancé Eddie has stripped topless on Instagram - just days after the pair announced they had split.
Googlebox star Eddie, 46, shared the shot of him flexing his muscles and giving a smile for the camera in his back garden.
The snap was shared just days after the popular pair announced they had split amid reports of him 'cheating'.
But rather than focus on his relationship ending, Eddie urged followers on Instagram to get a good balance in life.
He penned: "Be kind to your body and it will be kind to you... healthy body, healthy mind," he captioned the topless snap. "I'm 49 years young in a few weeks.
"Been a gym goer and keen road and trail runner for most of my life and will continue to do so until my body says otherwise.
"I've partied hard with friends and socialised for many years too with work clients but there has always got to be a balance."
"Basically what I'm trying to say is look after yourself regardless if you're young, middle aged like me or older," he signed off in the caption.
The post comes as sources say Eddie is looking to get back with Denise who insists the relationship is over.
A source close to Denise told The Sun: “Eddie is convinced he can win Denise back and isn’t willing to throw away all of their memories together. He’s pulling out all the stops to save their relationship.
“He feels terrible and pained that she’s hurting. He is desperate to gain her forgiveness and knows there are a lot of deep-rooted feelings involved. He’s not willing to accept it’s over for good."
Eddie has reportedly moved out of Denise ’s home and is staying with a pal at a pub nearby as he believes he can win her back.
Denise's announcement read: "It saddens me to confirm that we are no longer a couple. I had to make the difficult decision not to continue in our relationship.
"I will always treasure the good times we spent together, and the memories made."
The former couple even appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox together, but now Eddie is being dropped from the Channel 4 show after being dumped by Denise amid allegations he was messaging other women.
