Denise Van Outen says she is over her ladette days and now she doesn't drink to get drunk.
The 47-year-old actress revealed there are no regrets over her ladette days, but prefers to drink moderately these days.
Speaking at the launch of Heineken 0.0 non-alcoholic beer as it goes on draught for the first time, Denise said: "Now I feel like alcohol for me is something that I pick and choose whenever I feel it's the right time to have a drink. I am definitely one of those moderate drinkers.
"I don't go out now to get drunk but I think when I was younger we did, you'd go out with your mates with the purpose of just getting really drunk.
"But now when I go out I want to have a good conversation and I want to remember it the next day."
Denise explained when she went out in the past, she would make excuses when she didn't fancy a drink.
The star used would tell people she was on antibiotics, instead of just saying she didn't fancy any alcohol.
She continued: "Finally I can stand at the bar, I don't have to say I'm on antibiotics. No, I'm not pregnant."
Recently, Denise has been performing at London's Proud Cabaret Embankment as she dons a sexy black corset and stockings.
But she admits that while fans get to gaze at her in the attire, her partner of seven years is less than impressed that the outfits don't come home with her.
Denise told The Sun how she quickly changes into her tracksuit bottoms and on some occasions even her slippers once it's time for home, much to partner Eddie Boxshall's dissatisfaction.
"I walk through the front door and he says to me, ‘Well, you didn’t look like that an hour and a half ago,’" she admits.
But she also confesses that she has to give him his own private performance, joking that he'll go mad otherwise.
The former Big Breakfast presenter made a name for herself in the nineties and was also a pin-up model - something which she certainly doesn't regret.
She even tried her hand at a role on EastEnders in 2015 as she played the part of businesswoman Karin Smart.
Elsewhere, Denise has also took part in reality TV competitions including Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing On Ice and The Masked Singer.
