Denise Richards’ daughter urges women to ‘trust their guts’ as she claims she ‘almost got sex-trafficked’

Sami Sheen, the 21-year-old daughter of actress Denise Richards, has shared a frightening encounter she experienced while out with friends on Monday night. The OnlyFans content creator took to TikTok to describe an incident at a restaurant parking lot where she claims she “almost got sex-trafficked.” Her warning comes as her mother faces ongoing marital troubles with estranged husband Aaron Phypers.

According to Sheen’s account, she and her friend were taking photos outside a restaurant around midnight when they were approached by two different men in quick succession. The first man asked for money, and despite her polite refusal, stating she had no cash, he became persistent before eventually walking away. Immediately after this interaction, a second man approached the young woman, triggering what Sheen described as the worst feeling in her stomach. “The second I saw this man I had the worst feeling in my stomach, like get the f–k away from me right now,” Sheen recalled in her TikTok video.

The second encounter escalated when the man began asking questions, including whether she could speak Spanish, though Sheen said she could not understand what he was saying. When he reached into his back pocket, Sheen responded by pulling pepper spray from her purse.

“Then he starts to reach into his back pocket and I reach into my purse and pull out my pepper spray, and I open that b—h and he saw that and he started to pull a card out,” Sheen shared in the video.

Following the unsettling incident, she and her friend immediately ran to her car and locked themselves inside to escape the situation.

Sheen discovers a man had been watching them in the parking lot

After reaching safety and debriefing the situation on their ride home, Sheen came to believe the two men were working together. Her suspicions were reinforced when she reviewed the photos they had taken in the parking lot. She noticed that one of the men had been watching them the entire time, just staring at them from a distance.

“After she looked through the photos, she realized “the man was watching us the whole time, he was just staring at us,'” she revealed. She included a photo of the man in question in her TikTok video to alert others.

The influencer used her platform to warn her followers to be even more aware of their surroundings when going out, adding to the growing list of safety concerns raised on TikTok. She emphasized that people should trust their instincts when something feels wrong, noting that even if a situation turns out to be harmless, it is better to be safe than sorry. Sheen admitted that, despite usually being very aware of her surroundings, she had not initially noticed the man watching them, and expressed her belief that he did not have good intentions.

“I’m usually very aware of my surroundings and I didn’t notice this man,” she admitted, cautioning her followers to remain vigilant and “trust your gut” when they go out.

“Even if it was harmless, it’s better to be safe than sorry even though I don’t think he had good intentions at all,” Sheen concluded.

The timing of Sheen’s disturbing experience coincides with her mother’s publicized marital difficulties, a stark contrast to the family’s complicated past with Charlie Sheen. Denise Richards was recently spotted with an apparent black eye following interactions with Aaron Phypers, who filed for divorce on July 7 after an explosive Fourth of July argument. Richards, 54, has obtained a temporary restraining order against Phypers, 52, accusing him of physical abuse. Phypers has denied these allegations and countered with accusations about Richards having addictions to Vicodin and alcohol, as well as alleging an affair with her Special Forces co-star Rudy Reyes.
