Denise Richards' Before and After Full Facelift Photos Released: 'She Feels Beautiful'

Denise Richards has never been one to shy away from the spotlight, but the latest reveal about the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star set social media alight for reasons beyond her acting credits. An outlet released the former 'Bond' girl's before-and-after photos eight months after her cosmetic procedure, documenting how a full facelift had changed her appearance.

Richards' younger look is the result of a comprehensive facial rejuvenation. The high-definition images show how the procedure has put the clock back on her appearance.

Facelift Transformation Amid Divorce

The Daily Mail shared Richards' before-and-after photos from the full facelift she underwent eight months ago. The procedure was reportedly performed by Ben Talei, MD, of Beverly Hills.

Based on the images, Richards had heavier eyelids, some wrinkles around her eyes, and a noticeable downturned lip before the surgery. After the procedure, the 'Wild Things' star appeared younger, with lighter eyelids, a more balanced lip, and significantly reduced wrinkles.

Richards was reportedly satisfied with her new look and expressed renewed confidence following the surgery. She reportedly decided to undergo surgery amid her divorce from estranged husband Aaron Phypers, wanting to do something for herself. 'She is very happy that she made the move last year because she feels beautiful,' a source said.

'Her separation from Phypers had reportedly taken a toll on her 'emotionally and financially,' making the surgery a 'rare bright light in her life' amid her 'ugly divorce.' 'She deserves to have a little joy in her life and her new face makes her very happy,' the source added.

Richards also opened up about the procedure with Allure magazine, saying she wanted other women to know that 'It's not just serums. It's not just eating right and working out and doing all these lasers and stuff like that.'

The Turbulent Timeline of the Phypers Romance

The relationship between Richards and Phypers began with a whirlwind energy that captivated fans of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.' The pair began dating in late 2017, shortly after Phypers finalised his divorce from actress Nicollette Sheridan, and married in an intimate Malibu ceremony in September 2018, an event planned in just two days and later aired on Episode 7 of Season 9.

Their union was initially defined by Phypers' supportive presence and his involvement in Richards' three daughters' lives: Sami, Lola, and Eloise. He even began the legal process to adopt Eloise.

However, the couple reached a breaking point following years of mounting tension and public scrutiny. On 7 July 2025, Phypers filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, stating they had separated on 4 July. In court documents, Richards accused her estranged husband of physical abuse, which he denied.

Richards' Abuse Allegations

In Season 15 Episode 10 of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' Richards shared details about the alleged abuse, saying it was not a 'one-time thing.'

She claimed it began while she was recovering from a separate cosmetic procedure. 'And when I'm sitting on the toilet, he was trying to get my phone and f–king hit me on the side of my head,' Richards said. 'I started crying. I'm like, that's when I really knew there was no hope at ever, ever salvaging this marriage at all.' Phypers has denied the allegations.

Richards appears determined to maintain her independence and her standing in Hollywood as the divorce proceedings continue.
