Denis Suarez could be on his way to Napoli this summer after his loan spell with Arsenal .
The Barcelona loanee has had a frustrating time in north London following his January switch.
Suarez has made just six substitute appearances since joining Arsenal, playing for a combined total of 95 minutes.
Arsenal have the option to turn the loan into a £20m permanent deal this summer but it appears inevitable he will return to the Nou Camp.
But his agent has suggested Suarez could be on his way to Serie A, and Arsenal's opponents in the Europa League quarter final.

“My client has a two-year contract with Barcelona," he is quoted as telling Radio Kiss Kiss.
“But the interest of a team like Napoli is always welcome.”
Suarez has failed to get off the bench since the win over Manchester United a month ago and he wasn't involved against Watford on Monday night.
It has since been reported he has been struggling with a groin problem in recent weeks and his workload in training has aggravated the issue.
