LUCKNOW: As many as 18 cases of dengue were reported from different areas of the city on Monday.
Most cases continued to be reported from the hotspots of the mosquito-borne disease. These areas include Indiranagar, Aliganj, Silver Jubilee, Chinhat Kakori, Turiaganj and others.
On Monday, the homes in and around the wards of Gadi Peer Khan, Ashrafabad, Shardanagar second, Sarojini Nagar first, Jankipuram second, Colvin Taluqdar and Indiranagar wards.
Here 3299 homes were surveyed by teams under the health department and seven homes were issued notices to seven homes were conditions conducive to the growth of dengue causing mosquitoes.
