Demi Moore is a proud grandmother-to-be and attended daughter Rumer Willis' sonogram appointment after declaring she was about to enter her "hot kooky unhinged grandma era".
The 60-year-old actress posed for a family photo at the baby scan appointment, which was also attended by daughters Tallulah, 28, and Scout, 31.
Sharing a picture to Instagram on Wednesday, Demi could be seen holding her Chihuahua, Pilaf, while Rumer lay on a table ahead of the scan.
The Ghost star captioned her post: "Saying hello to the little nibblet!! Overjoyed for you, my sweet Rumer. It’s an honor to witness your journey into motherhood, and can’t wait to welcome this baby into the world!"
Rumer commented: "So grateful for my incredible lineage of women in my family. I love you all so much. This baby is so lucky to have you guys."
Not one to leave out the family pet, the 34-year-old added: "Also shoutout to Pilaf we couldn’t do it without you."
Demi's friends offered their congratulations, with Rita Wilson commenting: "So happy for Rumer! She’s going to be a great mom."
Lisa Rinna added: "Bless," with a host of red heart emojis.
Author Laura Day wrote: " I am so excited! I remember baby Roo," while Paris Hilton commented a heart eyes emoji.
Rumer is expecting her first child with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas.
She announced her pregnancy on Instagram by sharing some sweet snaps of her blossoming baby bump, with musician Derek sweetly resting his head on Rumer's belly.
Demi also shared the same pictures, writing: "Entering my hot kooky unhinged grandma era".
Emma Heming, the wife of Rumer's dad Bruce Willis, also shared the sweet post, writing: "Baby news is happy news!!! Congratulations @rumerwillis and @derekrichardthomas.
"We are elated over here!"
Rumer and Derek were said to have started dating earlier this year and took to Instagram last month to share a number of loved-up photos.
They both shared the same caption for the post, which included several emojis, such as a red love heart, a lobster, a ladybird and a worm.
