Demi Moore has proved that age is just a number by stripping completely naked for a cover shoot.
The 56-year-old goes fully nude on the front page of the October issue of Harper's Bazaar.
Wearing nothing but an enormous pink hat and a diamond bracelet, Demi keeps her modesty covered by crossing her leg and placing one hand across her chest.
She shows off her youthful beauty in a string of striking photos, including one where she dons a see-through black dress that flashes her underwear.
In another, more ethereal, shot, Demi walks around a pool while her bright blue gown blows behind her in the wind.
In her interview she talks about her difficult childhood and raising her own kids.
Demi confessed that her childhood ended when she saved her mother from an overdose.
She said: "The next thing I remember is using my fingers, the small fingers of a child, to dig the pills my mother had tried to swallow out of her mouth while my father held it open and told me what to do.
"Something very deep inside me shifted then, and it never shifted back. My childhood was over."
Demi said motherhood was her only goal in the life.
She is mum to Rumer, 31, Scout, 28, and Tallulah, 25, with her ex-husband Bruce Willis.
Demi said: "My daughters offered me an opportunity to start to change the generational pattern. To be able to break the cycles."
The Ghost actress famously posed naked for the cover of Vanity Fair in 1991.
She was seven months pregnant with middle daughter Scout at the time.
