Demi Jones puts on brave face on ultra-glam night out after cancer diagnosis

Demi Jones out on a brave face over the weekend as she hit the town with pals following her heartbreaking cancer diagnosis.

The former Love Island star, 22, recently announced that she’s been diagnosed with Thyroid cancer, but the brave TV star has left fans stunned with her positive attitude amid her diagnosis.

Last week, Demi promised her fans that she’ll get through her cancer battle with a smile on her face.

And the stunning star proved her word when she got all dolled up for a glam night out with her girls on Sunday.

Demi looked the picture of glamour as she donned a cut-out bodycon dress which did wonders to accentuate her curves and gym-honed physique.

She paired the daring frock with some neon orange strappy heels and accessorised it with a nude handbag.

The Love Island babe went full glamour in the makeup department and looked completely flawless thanks to her bronzed glow and fluttery false lashes.

Demi wore her auburn locks in loose waves which cascaded over her shoulders as she posed for photos with a huge smile on her face.

Last month, the reality star revealed that she was in hospital to have a potentially cancerous lump removed from her neck.

After further tests, doctors delivered Demi the devastating cancer diagnosis.

Demi then shared the devastating news with her following via her Instagram stories.

“Hi guys, I got my results today and unfortunately I have Thyroid cancer.

“The tumour has been removed but I’m now due to have more surgery to remove the rest of my Thyroid."

However, the gorgeous star remained positive in the wake of the diagnosis as she told fans she is a "strong girl".

She added: “I’m staying very positive and I’m a strong girl so I’ll be fine, thank you for your love and support always. I’ll bounce back stronger.”

Demi has been diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer and is set to have another operation to remove the rest of her thyroid as well as having iodine cancer treatment and hormone tablets as the thyroid regulates hormone function.

The brave star is speaking out in a bid to raise awareness for the condition and to encourage others to get any lumps checked immediately.
