DeMar DeRozan was legitimately freaked out by the old-age FaceApp filter

By now, you’ve probably seen the photos all over social media … objectively not old people looking extremely old.

That’s because FaceApp came out with a new old-age filter that generates some freakishly realistic depictions of users in an elderly state.

Athletes, in particular, have been embracing the new filter. We’ve seen Kevin Love channel his inner Gregg Popovich. There was also Shannon Sharpe’s mirror pic. But no one — and I mean no one — was more freaked out about the app than the Spurs’ DeMar DeRozan.

DeRozan posted a video of his real-time reaction to the new filter. Let’s just say he was taken aback. (Warning: NSFW language).

“Y’all (expletive) people’s life up, man.”

I wouldn’t go that far, but DeRozan — who is 29 years old — still has about 50 years until he starts resembling that FaceApp filter. At the very least, he can take comfort in knowing that.

That filter is out of control.
