We have our first deal of the NBA trade deadline early on Thursday, and while it’s not exactly a blockbuster, it’s an interesting one involving the Detroit Pistons — who are very much out of contention — and the Sacramento Kings, who could be eyeing a spot in the West play-in games (although is that the right move to make?).
