With the All-Star weekend happening in Charlotte, the Curry family has been all over the place during the weekend. Naturally, in the 3-point contest, both Steph and Seth Curry will participate in the annual shooting competition.
However, before the event started, the Curry boys addressed the crowd with their father, Dell, who told everyone that he was rooting for his younger son, Seth.
“I’m absolutely leaning one way. Steph already has a title from 2015 and he has all the awards. I’m rooting for the younger brother.”
Dell then took some 3-point shots himself along with Mark Price, Ray Allen and Glen Rice. The four guys combined to knock down eight 3-pointers, which turned into $8,000 for charity from Steph and Seth.
It was a really fun moment for the Curry family and the city of Charlotte. It was cool to see Dell get out there and knock down a few shots for old times sake, which was a preview of what we’ll see from his sons.
