A delivery driver was stabbed by three men during a carjacking in north Manchester.
The 41-year-old man was left bleeding on the street as the offenders fled the scene in his white Audi A3 sports car.
He was taken to hospital where he remains with injuries not believed to be life threatening.
Officers were called to Whitley Road in Collyhurst at around 11.20pm on Monday (15 February) to reports of an assault and robbery.
The victim had been delivering a takeaway when he was stabbed by three males, GMP said.
His vehicle was recovered on Shilford Drive in Collyhurst a short time later.
Police have since launched an investigation into the carjacking, and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
So far, no arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for GMP said: "Officers were called around 11.20pm on Monday 15 February 2021 to Whitley Road, Manchester to a report of an assault and a robbery.
"Officers attended and enquiries established a 41-year-old man had been delivering a takeaway when he was stabbed by three males before they fled the scene in his white Audi A3 sport.
"The victim was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life threatening.
"The vehicle was recovered a short while later.
"Enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
