Delivery driver branded 'amazing' after heartwarming moment is caught on camera

A delivery driver has been branded the "sweetest ever" after a video message he shared with a homeowner while delivering his parcels went viral.

Ben Kenney has been working as a UPS driver for a month and decided to go above and beyond for his customers while working this Christmas.

He posted one of the videos on TikTok after the homeowner shared the video and it got back to him.

It has been viewed more than 300,000 times and racked up thousands of likes.

The delivery driver left a sweet message for the homeowner (TIKTOK)

In the caption of the video, he explains: "I'm working for UPS for a month and every time I see a Ring doorbell, I leave a personalised message....and this one got back to me."

In it, he can be heard greeting the homeowner and explaining that he's dropping off his package.

He continues: "I hope you had a great day. It's my first day, it's been a long day honestly.

"Loooong day, and your package is like second-last or third-last, so yeah?

"Also, Merry Christmas."

The video has gone viral on TikTok (TIKTOK)

One viewer was so touched he offered the driver a job, commenting: "I own a courier service in Forth Worth, Texas.

"If you ever need a job here, I would be honored to have you work for me."

Another replied: "Give him a raise and hire him on full time."

A third replied: "That's amazing, you're one of the best drivers out there at the moment.

"Thanks for making me smile in a tough year."

Lots of people wanted to know how the footage made his way back to Ben.

He explained: "Basically I knew this guys kid but more as an acquaintance.

"I didn't know it was his house so he sent me it a day later.

"I didn't think I would see it, I was shocked when he sent it to me [because] I literally had zero idea anyone would see it."

Lots of people were overwhelmed by the video.

One viewer commented: "OMG what a level of service.

"Whatever job you have on the food chain, always be the best version of you. Bravo!"
