With Veganuary finally here, restaurants offering vegan dishes in Dublin have risen dramatically.
In fact, there has been an almost 90% increase in the number of restaurants offering vegan dishes on Deliveroo.
Dubliners have started the new year on a healthy note with the various vegan options available to order from restaurants across the capital.
Deliveroo has revealed the top four vegan orders in Dublin:
1. Vegan Bean Chilli from Boojum
2. The Vegan Hun from Meltdown
3. Rice Noodle Salad from Xian Street Food
4. Vegan Hoisin Shrooms from Sprout & Co
There has also been a staggering 184% increase on vegan orders year or year from 2018 to 2019 on Deliveroo.
Joe Groves at Deliveroo said: “Not only have we seen a hungry appetite for new vegan dishes and restaurants from our customers who always order vegan, but we’ve also seen a vegan-ish trend emerging where an increasing number of customers are ordering a mix of vegan and non-vegan dishes.
“It’s great to see more and more customers in Dublin experimenting within their diet and what a better time to experiment than Veganuary.”
