Deliveroo is offering €1000 for one lucky lady who proposes on Leap Day

Brave women who join the leap year tradition are in with the chance to get 1000 worth of meals if they tie the knot.

Deliveroo is supporting the leap year tradition where woman take the plunge and propose to their partner on 29th February.

They're offering to cater the engagement party of one lucky lady who seals the deal on camera.

With the food covered, the winner can take a load off their mind as they prepare the other aspects of their engagement day.

Whoever wins will get an account manager, so they can tailor the meals to whatever takes their fancy.

1000 will be available to spend on the food, all fresh and delivered straight to celebrations.

Joe Groves at Deliveroo said, “Girls, enough waiting around for your partner to pop the question! Time to take matters into your own hands and as always, Deliveroo is behind you.

"Getting engaged and party planning is stressful enough, let us take some of that stress away. Get posting those proposals!

“You are about to propose in what some would consider an unconventional way, so why not apply the same unconventionality to the celebrations as well? Your guests will never forget it, nor will they believe that party food could be so good”

To be eligible for this deliveroo dream come true, all you have to do is capture the romantic proposal on camera, upload it to instagram and tag @deliveroo.ie to have a chance to win.
