Deliveroo giving away 15,000 free voucher codes to help football fans enjoy Euro 2020 at home

To celebrate the re-release of the classic football anthem, VindaLoo Two, Deliveroo is giving away thousands of codes offering £7.50 free credit on a vindaloo - or any other dish - while watching all the action from the Euro 2020 tournament.

Last week, Deliveroo announced that together with Will Mellor, and celebrity pals Keith Lemon, Keith Allen, Paddy McGuiness, Danny Dyer, Mark "Bez" Berry and Rowetta, it re-released the football anthem Vindaloo, under the new name of Vindaloo Two, with all proceeds going to NHS Charities Together.

And from now until the last day of the tournament on July 11, 15,000 new and existing Deliveroo customers can use the code ‘DELIVEROOYOURVINDALOO’ to get £7.50 free credit, which can be redeemed at any Deliveroo restaurant .

However, the minimum order, delivery fees and service charges may apply depending on the restaurant.

How do I get the £7.50 free Deliveroo credit?

Customers just need to enter the code ‘DELIVEROOYOURVINDALOO’ in the app or website when prompted at the online checkout.

Customers using the app can also go to their account and add the code into the ‘Enter a Promo Code’ field.

Commenting on the mammoth giveaway, Aisha Jefferson, head of consumer comms at Deliveroo said: “In celebration of the newly released Vindaloo Two charity single, we are giving away 15,000 codes to get £7.50 free credit - enough to order a vindaloo on Deliveroo.

“As the sponsor of Vindaloo Two, we want it to get to number one in the UK charts as all proceeds go directly to NHS Charities Together. The more singles sold, the more money donated to the NHS, so let’s cheer for our heroes on and off the pitch and have a curry on us.”

At the start of the Covid outbreak, Deliveroo launched a ‘Supporting the NHS’ campaign, pledging to deliver one million free meals to the NHS and other vulnerable groups. In May, the company proudly announced it delivered one million meals to over 1,000 hospitals across 100 cities throughout the pandemic.
