Deliveroo drivers are set to trade their jackets for something of the spandex variety this weekend.
It’s not a bird, or a plane, but your friendly neighbourhood Deliveroo driver as they will be treating customers by dressing up as their favourite superheroes to celebrate Dublin’s Comic Con.
Joe Groves at Deliveroo said: “Deliveroo is part of Dublin’s cityscape so our riders will be showing their fan boy and girl colours this weekend.
“Deliveroo riders are heroes all year round but this weekend we’re taking that even further”.
In fact, Dubliners who tweet a picture of a rider dressed up as a superhero with the hashtag #DeliverooHeroes will be in with the chance to win hundreds of euro worth of Deliveroo credit.
