Delhi: Unclaimed bag with Rs 13 crore drugs found at IGI Airport

NEW DELHI: Custom officers at Indira Gandhi International Airport found an unclaimed polybag, containing 870 grams of narcotic substance.

The said substance is valued at Rs 13.05 crore in the international market, officials said Sunday, adding the bag was lying near the deboarding gate at international arrival of terminal 3.Officials said CCTV footage were being scanned through to identify the person, who left it behind.

In another incident, four gold chains with a collective value of Rs 43.63 lakh and four iPhones, worth Rs2.26 lakh, were recovered from two Indian nationals, who arrived in Delhi on Sunday from Dubai.
