Delhi Police arrests five for making extortion calls to Union minister Ajay Mishra Teni

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police on Friday arrested five people — four from Noida and one from Delhi — for allegedly making extortion calls to Union minister Ajay Mishra Teni.

Earlier, an FIR was registered in New Delhi following a complaint by the minister's staff that he received phone calls for money, said police.

Ajay Mishra's son Ashish is a prime accused in the killing of farmers in UP's Lakhimpur Kheri.
