Delhi Police arrest three persons with IEDs

Improvised Explosive Devices

New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Monday said a terror strike was averted after it apprehended three persons from Assam with Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

Three people arrested by Delhi Police Special Cell (DPSC) in Goalpara, Assam along with improvised explosive devices (IED). According to DPSC they were from an ISIS inspired module, and have been sent to 10 day Assam police remand. https://t.co/E8zNOWom8E pic.twitter.com/8oHDAwEdUy

Pramod Singh Kushwah, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) said the accused have been identified as Mukadir Islam, Ranjeet Ali and Jameel Luit, all in their early twenties.
