NEW DELHI: The National Commission for Women (NCW) on Tuesday took cognizance of the incident involving a woman and man having set themselves ablaze in front of the Supreme Court.
The NCW has sought a report from Delhi commissioner of police "at the earliest".
On Monday, a woman and a man allegedly had set themselves on fire in front of Supreme Court gate number D.
The injured persons had been taken to the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital.
