Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to visit Uttarakhand on Sunday

NEW DELHI: Delhi chief minister and AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal is scheduled to visit Haldwani in Uttarakhand on Sunday.

The visit comes ahead of the assembly polls in the state next year. In the past few months, AAP has increased its political activities in the state and is working hard to do well in the elections.

"AAP national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to visit Uttarakhand's Kumaon region. CM Arvind Kejriwal will reach Haldwani on 19 September 2021. Important tour in view of the upcoming Uttarakhand assembly elections," an AAP functionary said. In mid-August also, Kejriwal visited the state.

AAP is trying to strengthen its roots in the state and use Delhi’s model of governance to impress the people of Uttarakhand.
