Dele Alli says the new Tottenham stadium can revive their push for top-four finish

Dele Alli believes Tottenham’s long-awaited move to their new stadium can revive their faltering top-four challenge.

Spurs have lost three of their last four League games and they now sit third in the table, 15 points off Liverpool in first and crucially just one ahead of Arsenal in fourth.

Fifth-placed Manchester United are just three points off them too, while Chelsea are four back, but Alli believes the new stadium could be just the catalyst Tottenham need.

“We've had a few tough games and results, so maybe a change is what we needed at this point of the season,” he added.

“The changing room is a big plus, we will spend a lot of time in there and hopefully there will be a lot of great memories in there and out on the field.

Why Tottenham's new £1bn stadium is set to elevate club to next level

"It's a difficult point of the season, every game is massive, and you've got to get as many points as you can. Hopefully we can make a positive end in this stadium.”
