Traffic conditions have returned to normal after a single-vehicle crash on the Barton Highway near Wallaroo on Tuesday morning.

Emergency services attended the scene and a 60km/h reduced speed limit was put in place. The crash was first reported about 7.30am along the Barton Highway near Spring Range Road.

A Transport Management Centre spokesperson said southbound traffic was heavy as a result of the crash and road works along the Barton Highway.
