Deion Sanders welcomed Lil Wayne to Boulder with a customized Colorado football jersey

Deion Sanders has started a full takeover of the 2023 college football season, and he’s now got Lil Wayne on the Colorado bandwagon.

After the legendary rapper completed a performance on Fox Sports’ Big Noon Kickoff in Boulder, Colorado, Sanders joined the stage to give Lil Wayne a customized Buffaloes jersey with “Tunechi” on the back.

Lil Wayne immediately put the jersey on, which adds him to the long list of folks who have become fans of Colorado since Sanders took over the program.

No. 18 Colorado is looking for its third-straight win over Colorado State on Saturday, and the team can now count Lil Wayne as one of its supporters.

Sanders has been a one-man marketing machine since joining Colorado as its head coach, and it’s genuinely impressive to see how much he’s accomplished in his time leading the program.
