Deion Jones on Cardinals QB Kyler Murray: ‘I don’t think there’s any like him’

The Falcons will have their hands full with Cardinals rookie quarterback Kyler Murray in Week 6.

Although, they would have their hands full with just about anyone right now with a defense that’s been in complete disarray since safety Keanu Neal went down in Week 3.

Following Wednesday’s practice, Falcons middle linebacker Deion Jones talked about what a rare talent Murray is at the quarterback position.

Murray started off slow in Week 1 against the Detroit Lions before taking the game over in the second half. He’d settle for an overtime tie, but flashed the potential that made him the first-overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Through five games, Murray is completing over 62 percent of his passes with four touchdowns and four interceptions. He’s also rushed for over 200 yards and two scores, yet has taken 21 sacks.

For the Falcons to slow Murray down, they cannot lose contain, nor can they afford to miss sack opportunities as they have all season.

Atlanta opened as a two-point favorite over Arizona for this Sunday’s matchup.
