DEHRADUN: A 19-year-old girl, identified as Dehradun-resident Deepti, died and five others sustained injuries after the SUV they were travelling in hit the parapet wall and toppled on the road. All six people on board the four-wheeler were members of the same family.
The accident took place near selfie point on Dehradun-Mussoorie highway. The passers-by helped the injured out of the SUV and rushed them to the hospital.
According to the police, two members of the family have sustained critical injuries.
