Zone 2 on Deeside Industrial Park in North Wales has announced new deals totalling 72,878 sq ft of industrial accommodation in 2021.
Home & Garden Products has undergone an expansion and taken a total of 37,072 sq ft on two new leases.
Unistow has taken 10,093 sq ft on a 10-year lease, while North West Roofing Supplies has taken 9,823 sq ft on a 10 year lease.
Plancast has signed up to 5,707 sq ft on a 5 year lease and Pups & Pets has moved from Dobshill to take 10,183 sq ft on a 10 year lease.
Mark Diaper, associate director at Legat Owen, joint agents for the scheme with B8 Real Estate, said: “There has been a marked uptake in space over recent months and these latest deals are driving the rents forward.
“There is only one unit of 5,000 sq ft available on the estate at a quoting rent of £6.75 p.s.f, which had strong interest from potential occupiers and is currently under offer to a local manufacturer.
