Can I get a discount on my first order at Deerrun?
Yes, absolutely. You can sign up to the Deerrun email newsletter to get £10 off your first purchase. You’ll be sent your welcome discount code within minutes, so you can start saving.
Is there a refer-a-friend reward?
Yes. You’ll need to be signed up to the Deerrun loyalty programme to refer a friend. You can then send your friend a unique code with £14 off their first purchase. Once they make a successful purchase, you’ll then be sent a £14 off coupon, too.
When does Deerrun have sales?
Deerrun has sales at different times of the year. We’ll always add the most recent sales to this page. And, currently, you can save up to £300 off with the Deerrun Summer Fitness Sale.
Can I get a free return at Deerun?
Deerrun will only pay the return shipping if the brand is at fault. If you would like to return your item, it is your responsibility to pay return shipping unless the item is faulty. You will have 60 days from the date of purchase to start a return.

Free shipping: Deerrun has free shipping on most of its products, so you won’t have to worry about shipping costs adding up. Your items should be delivered within 3-7 working days. If you’d like your order sooner, 36 hour delivery costs £9.90.
Deals page: Shop the deals page for regular promotions and discounts on selected items. These discounts change regularly, so if you see a treadmill or walking pad that you like, be sure to act quickly. Currently, we’re seeing up to £250 off the Q1 Classic Pro Smart Walking Pad and £200 off the A1 Pro Treadmill.
Deerrun Rewards: Sign up for the Deerrun loyalty programme and earn points for every purchase. There are three tiers to earn your way to: starter, pacer, and chaser. With the Starter tier, you’ll get a 5% discount on your order and birthday points. You can also use your points towards £5, £10, £15 or £20 off coupons for your next purchase.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We try hard to avoid listing promo codes that don’t work. To do this we:
