Here at Edinburgh Live we talk about unusual jobs, dream jobs, even naked cleaning jobs - but never before has "swimming with sharks" made the job description.
Deep Sea World in North Queensferry , located just over 40 minutes from Edinburgh, is looking for a part-time aquarium scuba diver.
The popular attraction is home to the largest collection of sharks in Scotland in their 4.5 million litre aquarium, which boasts an underwater walk-through tunnel.
But successful applicants will be on the other side of the glass and everyday tasks will include: putting on shows where divers feed the sharks and taking visitors underwater on shark encounter dives.
Like the job advert says, it is "a unique opportunity" to work with a vast array of animals and sharks. One thing is for sure, it's not your average 9 to 5.
Job requirements
- You will have knowledge of diving equipment and will be a minimum of PADI Divemaster and hold an up to date HSE medical.
- You will have significant experience as a diver both in practice and in theory.
- You will need to be a good communicator and have a working knowledge of the correct use of dive equipment

A good understanding of dive profiles, dive logging and dive theory to ensure that all dives are carried out within Company/PADI/HSE and Zoo Licence requirements

As this is an active role, you must be physically fit and capable of working with others.
