Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon surprised their Secondary School Cook Off winners

Last month, The Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon revealed the top entries for their Secondary School Cook Off.

The top five entries were put to a public vote here on Belfast Live and the recipe with the most was crowned the winner.

And it was Class 10A at St Patrick’s Academy, Dungannon who were victorious in the competition with a tasty (and healthy) breakfast recipe:

Oat Pancakes served with Greek yoghurt, a mixed berry compote and flaked almonds/

All ingredients were sourced from their local SPAR NI.

The Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon also surprised the winners with a visit from Cool FM’s Melissa Riddell and the Cool Crew.
