It's early days for the celebrity line-up attempting to get in shape for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Rehearsals have only just begun, but former Corrie star Catherine Tydesley has already been left in agony by a medical mishap during the first few days of dance training.
But her as-yet-unconfirmed dance partner can’t be blamed.
The soap star accidentally smothered herself in Deep Heat and, um, suffered for her art – so much so, she put out a social media warning to ensure others don’t follow suit, MirrorOnline reports.
“I put deep heat on my thighs today,” she cautions. “Don’t do that. It migrates.
"Lets just say I was feeling very fresh. Very uncomfortable.”
This week, dance pros Gorka Marquez, who recently became a dad to a baby girl with partner Gemma Atkinson, and Graziano Di Prima have confirmed they will not have celebrity partners in the upcoming series.
The lineup includes telly star Anneka Rice, footballer Alex Scott, Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing, Olympic rower James Cracknell, sports presenter Mike Bushell, ex-footballer David James, DJ Dev Griffin and socialite Emma Weymouth.
