Dee Devlin reacts as Conor Jr interrupts his dad's interview ahead of Dustin Poirier fight

Dee Devlin had a laugh at Conor McGregor Jr interrupting his father in the middle of an interview.

The three-year-old appeared on the screen as the UFC star was being interviewed ahead of his fight with Dustin Poirier.

McGregor returns to the octagon next weekend to face the American in his first bout in 12 months.

The Notorious did an interview with The Mac Life on Thursday and was joined by his son minutes into it.

As Conor Jr appeared on the screen, the UFC star said to the youngster: "You alright champ? Can you see yourself?"

McGregor then laughed that the three-year-old was just like his dad for wanting the limelight before explaining to him: "Daddy's at work. This is daddy's work."

Sharing the clip on her Instagram story, Dee posted embarrassed and laughter emojis.

Meanwhile, McGregor has stated that he wants to stay fighting at lightweight for his next few UFC bouts.

He said: "I would like to put a stint in at 155lb. I came into the UFC as a featherweight and I went through the division.

"I gave it my all in that division and I tore through it like a chainsaw through butter. Then I went up and reached for greater heights, went to the lightweight division, became lightweight champion and became the first duel-weight champion in the company’s history.

Conor McGregor Jr hilariously interrupted the interview (The Mac Life)

"I never got a good stint at 155lb, a consecutive stint like I've done in the featherweight division. I would like to do the same here in the lightweight division that I’ve done in the featherweight division – give it a good run and tear through the division.

"There’s many good competitors, good fighters, in there, and I feel levels above them all. So I would like to put that stint in."
