FAQs
Does Decathlon offer free delivery?
Yes! Decathlon offers free standard home delivery on orders over £70. However, if you are buying a bulky item (like a treadmill, heavy weights, or an adult bicycle), a fee will apply regardless of how much you spend.
Are Decathlon returns free?
Yes, returning an item to Decathlon is completely free, provided you use one of their two approved drop-off methods.
In-Store Returns: You can take any online or in-store purchase back to the customer service desk at any UK Decathlon store for a completely free return and instant refund.
ASDA Drop-Off: If you don't live near a Decathlon store, you can use their official partnership with ASDA. You simply need to generate a free QR code return label on the Decathlon website and drop the parcel off at your local ASDA collection point.
However, don't use the ASDA or store drop-off; take your parcel directly to the Post Office to ship it yourself. You will have to pay the standard Royal Mail postage rates out of your own pocket.
What is the Decathlon BuyBack scheme?
If you have an old bike rusting in the shed or camping gear gathering dust, Decathlon will actually buy it off you! Their BuyBack scheme lets you trade in old sports equipment. You just take the gear into a store for a valuation, and Decathlon will give you the option of an instant digital gift card or a direct bank transfer to your account within one hour. They then repair the gear and resell it in their sustainable "Second Life" range.
Does Decathlon offer a price match guarantee?
No, Decathlon does not currently offer a price match guarantee. However, because Decathlon designs and makes most of the products they sell under their own in-house brands their base retail prices are almost always lower than third-party sports brands anyway.
Does Decathlon accept One4All?
Sadly, no. Decathlon UK does not currently accept One4all multi-store gift cards as a payment method, either in-store or on their website.
However, Argos stocks some of Decathlon's most popular gear, including Quechua camping equipment and Domyos fitness accessories, and you can use your One4all card to buy Decathlon products there.
Is Decathlon legit?
Yes, Decathlon is 100% legit. Decathlon is a multi-billion-pound, fully established global powerhouse in outdoor equipment and clothing and it was founded all the way back in 1976.
Decathlon just works differently to other big name sports stores. They don't just buy Nike or North Face gear and mark it up, they have their own scientists, designers, and engineers in France to build their own brands, like Quechua, Van Rysel, and Kipsta, from scratch, by doing so they cut out the middleman and pass on savings to you.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one Decathlon order?
No, Decathlon’s checkout system only allows you to apply one discount code per transaction. If you have a 10% UNiDAYS student code and a separate £5 Rewards Club voucher, you will have to choose which one gives you the biggest saving.
However, you can use a discount code and then pay for the remaining balance using a Decathlon gift card if you have one.
Decathlon Saving Tips
Shop the "Second Life" Range: Decathlon's Second Life section sells refurbished, ex-display, and returned items graded from A (like-new) to D (moderate wear) for up to 40% off. These items are rigorously tested by in-house experts and still come with the exact same 2-year warranty and 30-day return policy as brand-new products.
Decathlon BuyBack: Trade in your old sports gear with Decathlon's BuyBack scheme, including mountain bikes, paddleboards, golf clubs, and camping tents. You can get an online quote for up to 45% of the original retail price, take the item into a store, and they will now send the cash directly to your bank account or issue a gift card to spend on your next order.
Student & Blue Light Discounts: If you are a verified student or NHS/Key worker, you can get an exclusive promo code for 10% off a huge selection of sports gear and clothing at Decathlon. You just need to verify your status via Blue Light, UNiDAYS or Student Beans.
Decathlon Membership: Never check out as a guest! Aside from getting a massive 365-day return window upgrade, you earn points every time you shop. Once you hit 2,000 points, you can convert them into a £3 voucher or save 6,000 points for a £10 voucher to spend on your next gear upgrade. The free Decathlon Membership scheme doesn't just reward you for shopping; if you link a compatible fitness tracker to your account, you earn 150 points every week just for logging your runs, swims, or bike rides.
Avoid Delivery Fees with ASDA: Buying heavy weights or a bike online can come with expensive delivery fees. To bypass this, always check the Click & Collect options at checkout. Having your items shipped to your local Decathlon store, or using their network of ASDA collection points, is completely free and saves you paying for home delivery.

Test the code and check if they are valid ourselves.
Check we don’t have unique, one-use codes.
Looking at the offer conditions to make sure you have all the information.
However, there are times when details change or codes may expire without us knowing. If this happens, be sure to contact us by emailing vouchers.t3@futurenet.com so we know.
How do we make money?
It’s free for shoppers to use the discount codes we have above. We’ll get a small percentage of the money spent as a commission from the retailer you shop at. As with most businesses, we need to make money although this will never impact your price. The brand gives us a small share of the profit for connecting you to them. This helps us to keep sourcing discount codes whilst you make a saving.
Simply put: the retailer makes a sale, we get a commission, and you get a discount.
