Dec jokes about baby Isla's paternity as he sweetly reveals she takes after mum Ali

Britain’s Got Talent host Dec Donnelly joked about baby daughter Isla’s paternity, as he revealed she took after her mother Ali with her height on sister show Britain’s Got More Talent.

Dec was joined by co-host and pal Ant McPartlin on Stephen Mulhern’s spin-off show.

They were stunned when the presenter stepped out dressed as a baby, wearing a giant nappy and tights completed with a bib and a hat.

Stephen then announced Dec’s baby joy, after he and wife Ali welcomed baby Isla in September last year.

He then queried whether he might be named as one of Isla’s godfathers, with Ant dropping some harsh news.

Stephen asked: “What about the godfather situation. Am I on that list?”

Dec replied: “You are on the list,” before Ant added: “But it’s a no list. There’s a yes list and a no list, and you my friend are certainly on the no list.”

The trio were in hysterics, with Dec then dropping a hilarious claim about Isla over her paternity.

Stephen often jokes about Ant and Dec’s height, commenting that they’re short, and on Saturday he decided to ask the all important question.

He questioned: “So tell me, has Isla grown as tall as you two yet?”

Dec then joked back: “I think she takes after her mum cos she’s quite long. I’m not sure she’s mine.”

As Ant laughed, Stephen added: “He wants a paternity test but Ali’s not really up for it.”

If that wasn’t hilarious enough, Dec was then asked to show Stephen how to apply a nappy, demonstrating on pal Ant leaving viewers in hysterics.
