Dec Donnelly and wife Ali Astall were pictured today completing their one exercise a day during the coronavirus lockdown.
The TV presenter, 44 dressed casually in a grey hoodie with a red love heart on the top left corner.
He wore a pair of black sunglasses and blue jeans and he carried a handy green poop bag for his dog, dachshund Rocky.
Ali, 42, who married Dec in 2015, kept warm in a black hoodie with a dark green body warmer over the top, grey patterned leggings and black trainers.

They share daughter Isla together, who is almost two years old.
Rocky looked perfectly content as he trotted down the street with his owners.
He once appeared alongside Dec on an episode of Supervet, after a dangerous run in with a fox.

Luckily, vet Noel Fitzpatrick was able to patch up Rocky and he lived to tell the tale.
Dec has been filming his TV show Saturday Night Takeaway alongside presenting partner Ant McPartlin.
The Geordie duo were forced to present the highly anticipated final from their homes amid the nationwide lockdown in place for the coronavirus pandemic.

Ant and Dec took the advice to "work from home where possible" quite literally as they presented the show from their own living rooms for the first time ever.
Viewers enjoyed getting a sneak peak inside the presenters' homes, with many coveting Ant's fancy wall panelling.
They presented the rest of the final show perched on the floor in front of their sofas, with their hoards of awards strewn over the couches behind them.
This comes after the pair hosted last week's show for the first time ever without a studio audience.
