Debenhams in Altrincham is one 19 stores set to close before the end of the month.
The shop in the Stamford Quarter will shut for good on January 11, as the company also closes stores across the country.
The retailer previously went into administration last year, as it continues to struggle with competition from online rivals and the downturn on the high street.
Further closures are reportedly expected to be announced later this year.
The announcement that the firm's Altrincham store as well as others across the country are to shut was originally announced last year.
The company's CEO Terry Duddy said: "The issues facing the UK high street are very well known.
"Debenhams has a clear strategy and a bright future.
"We remain focused on protecting as many stores and jobs as possible, consistent with establishing a sustainable store portfolio in line with our previous guidance."
The other stores stated to shut by the end of the month across the country are in Birmingham, Kirkcaldy, Walton-on-Thames, Wandsworth, Wolverhampton, Chatham, Great Yarmouth, Slough, Stockton-on-Tees, Welwyn, Witney, Ashford, Canterbury, Eastbourne, Folkestone, Southport, Southsea and Wimbledon.
