Police have determined that the death of a young woman in Dundee is not suspicious after her body was discovered.
The alarm was raised at around 10.20pm on Sunday, April, 11, when officers were called to reports of a sudden death at Dudhope Court.
An investigation was launched to determine the circumstances of the 36-year-old’s tragic passing which was initially treated as ‘unexplained’.
But investigators have now determined that there are no suspicious circumstances.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
In an update, Police Scotland said: “Around 10.20pm on Sunday, 11 April, officers were called to a property at Dudhope Court, in the St Mary Street area of Dundee, following the sudden death of a 36-year-old woman.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious and, as with all sudden deaths, a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
