Geronimo the alpaca has been killed, government officials have confirmed.
At around 12:40pm today (Tuesday, August 31) DEFRA confirmed the death of Geronimo after a court ordered warrant was carried out.
Earlier today police officers arrived at the farm in South Gloucestershire, which is home to Geronimo the alpaca.

Uniformed officers could be seen speaking to three people dressed in blue overalls, masks and goggles outside Alpaca Power farm in the village of Wickwar, near Yate
After around 20 minutes the black alpaca was rounded up as other alpacas watched on from a nearby field, before being loaded into a trailer, which then left the scene.
The force later confirmed it was supporting the Animal and Plant Health Agency in executing a court warrant.
It comes just days before the destruction warrant ends on September 4.
The alpaca has twice tested positive for bovine tuberculosis, which owner Helen Macdonald believes are false positives.
She then tried to have a third test carried out on Geronimo.
Activists have said the decision to have the alpaca killed is "brutal" and have advocated for him to be kept in isolation instead.
Earlier this month, the Government insisted all the evidence on the animal's condition had been "looked at very carefully".
A Defra spokesman said: "We are sympathetic to Ms Macdonald's situation - just as we are with everyone with animals affected by this terrible disease.
"While nobody wants to cull animals, we need to do everything we can to tackle this disease to stop it spreading and to protect the livelihoods of those affected."
