The death of a 43-year-old woman at a house in Bolton is not believed to be suspicious, police say.

Greater Manchester police were called to a house at 3.50am on Monday morning by the ambulance service following a report of a sudden death. Officers attended and found the woman’s body.

A police statement said: “Following the results of the postmortem examination and an investigation into the events leading up to the woman’s death, detectives are satisfied that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.”

Three men, aged 52, 49 and 26, who were arrested on suspicion of murder have been released on police bail.
